Mark Friedman 
Mark brings 23 years of factory and rep experience to the management of The New York Marketing Team. Mark's most recent experience was as President of JBL Consumer Products where he was involved in worldwide sales, marketing, and product development for the JBL loudspeaker brand as well as the Pyle and Concord brands. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Development worldwide for Carver Corporation. Mark spent over 10 years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Onkyo USA Corporation. Before Mark's involvement in factory management, he was a sales representative in the New York Metropolitan marketplace representing JVC and Akai. Mark was the keynote speaker for the Audio Segment at the 1991 Winter Consumer Electronic show.

Nick Gavalas 
Nick is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home audio, in particular, custom installation and has personally done numerous installations as the owner of his own retail and custom company. He is very conversant in mobile audio as well and is MECP First Class Certified. Nick comes to The New York Marketing Team directly from a two year stint with one of New York's premier video distributors, Diplomat Merchandise.

Mark Boecker
 Mark is a very experienced industry veteran having worked as a manufacturer's representative in our industry in the New York Metropolitan market for many years. During his history as a rep Mark represented almost 20 electronics manufacturers and expanded the dealer base in the area he covered by over 60%. Mark has very strong technical knowledge, having worked as a systems designer for one of the best custom installation companies on the market. In this role he worked closely with architects, interior designers, and builders, relationships, and skills that are very important in his role with the New York Marketing Team. Mark's technical and product knowledge also allows him to provide technical support and help write specs for our dealers when the need presents itself.

Eric Arons 
Eric is our generation Y team member and he brings extensive knowledge in digital communication and web design to our company. Eric is a techie with excellent communication and people skills. His experience includes managing a successful retail organization, being involved in all aspects of customer service, sales and operations. Eric's main role with our company is inside sales and operations and the maintenance of a 24/7 web portal where our customers can access information on the product lines that we market.

Laura Bishop  Laura is our staff accountant and with her extensive background in bookkeeping and management, she brings an invaluable perspective to our business. Laura is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, with 5 years of experience at a respected CPA firm and 10 years of management experience in the hospitality,e-commerce and retail markets. As a value add for our compamy, Laura is available to help our customers with their accounting and management needs, serving as an outside advisor to our accounts from time to time.
